Information you provide

Forms collect your selected restaurant, name, phone number, message and the details needed for your request. Some forms also collect an email address. Job applications include your requested position, availability, work history and screening answers.

Who can access submissions

The owner and staff authorized for your selected restaurant can review your submission, reply and keep internal notes. Interview appointments, changes and communication history are attached to the application or inquiry.

Phone verification and text messages

Phone verification uses a one-time code. Verification codes are separate from your conversation with the restaurant. When you opt in to texts, we save your consent wording, number and time of consent. Twilio processes verification and messaging when the service is enabled. Message frequency varies and message or data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can call the restaurant instead of using a text-enabled form.

Mobile information and SMS consent

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers, including Twilio, process this information only as needed to provide phone verification, message delivery and related support for our services. SMS consent is limited to the request or application you submitted and does not enroll you in promotional campaigns.

Documents and interview links

Links sent to you can open catering documents or your interview scheduler. Treat these links as private. The system records when a shared document is opened so the restaurant knows you received it.

Website choices and measurement

Your selected store is remembered for your browser session. Staff sign-in uses a secure session cookie. We count website actions, such as menu visits and order clicks, without saving names, phone numbers, message text or interview tokens in those counts. Order and gift-card purchases take place on the linked providers’ websites.

Questions or requests

For a question about information you submitted, contact the restaurant you selected. The restaurant can route your request to the owner. Please do not send payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers or identity documents through these forms.
